She came from the family pod
A cradled child of infinite peace
Spreading love right from birth
This Earth Angel remained at odds
She truly was a golden dawn
Calmly upright, a messenger toddler
Strode about her infant world
She exuded joy with every yawn
She was the ultimate peaceful dove
No wrong abided in her soul
An altruistic, carbon life creation
Yet for one she bore no love
She cast her impish smile at me
Daddy dearest, finger wound
On one stubborn thing she stood her ground
Please Princess just eat ONE pea

They can always try to wind
They can always try to wind Dad around their little finger with their smiles (no-one really perfect!).
I too remember saying to my daughter something like, '5 peas today, 6 next time', yet she loved cabbage! Rhiannon
