I wanted some milk but was not sure what kind
So I went to a dairy where I thought I would find
All types of milk that are offered for sale
“Can you sell just one pint not a gallon wholesale?”

“Certainly sir.” The dairy man nodded his head
Then turning his eyes to the ceiling, he said
In a voice that was both sonorous and slow
“There’s all sorts of diff-erent milk don’t you know

First there’s Dairy Free Oatly that’s made using oats
We sell pasteurised milk that comes out of goats.
We have St. Ivel Advance full of omega 3
And Soya milk specially for Vegans like me

For people who’re stressed and find it difficult dozin’
There is fresh Night Time milk with high melatonin
If you have high cholesterol, drink Flora Pro Active

Then all of a sudden the dairy man stopped.

But with so many varieties going round in my mind
I couldn’t choose from amongst them no matter what kind
The dairyman looked at me and said with a sigh
“There’s always fresh whole milk you might like to try!”
