My thoughts through the night

I dreamt about you last night.
I dreamt what it would feel like,
To have you hold me again,
The way you used to.

I dreamt about how you would look into my eyes
And tell me you loved me
Without even parting your lips.
I dreamt how we would walk through the park
On a cold winter's day
Hugging each other for warmth.
Not just physical warmth
But mentally also;
The warmththat fills a person's soul
When they realise how much they are loved.

I dreamt last night that you held me
And kissed me
Caressed me
The way nobody else ever could.

Last night i dreamt you loved me
Last night i dreamt we were together
Last night i dreamt of you.
