Remembrance Sunday 2020

We do not have Church today as we are still closed due to covid19.
I now think of all the young who regularly come to Church with all the traditions, songs and Bible stories.
I think of the old who would have got out of their houses and flats, fellowshipping, having a natter, seeing familiar faces, and refreshments later.
Where will the young of today and the old be when this is all over?
I remember them today, along with the those lost in the Wars, and those lost in peacetime when the twins towers fell and my God-Mother.
So, today instead of going to Church, dressed in black, I have my laptop on my knee and I watched them, on my telly the runup to the minutes silence. The Old Soldiers, on foot and in wheelchairs, they were missed today.
This is Remembrance Sunday with a difference, 2020.
May they all Rest In Peace.
