She is a 21st century Lana Turner. I am not however, a 21st century Frank O'Hara. Although I wouldn't mind it one bit.

I was singing along and suddenly
it stopped raining and the Severn
almost burst its banks
and you said it was hailing
in Wales and that it was peaking
but it is not the early hours
of Wednesday and the river
hasn’t swollen its gut
yet so tonight all of Ironbridge
isn’t wet and I was just thinking
this when the radio said
AMY WINEHOUSE HAS RELAPSED!
there is no snow in Bollywood
there is no Monsoon in September
I have been to many of her concerts
where she acted perfectly disgraceful
and we all clapped but I thought
this time she wouldn’t relapse
