Malala.
Say something I haven't heard
like it's all your fault that you haven't learned,
that you weren't listening whilst I spoke in prose
cos you're just sat picking flicking at your encrusted nose
Say something I know's true
like it's all your fault and you know it too,
that you are not so surprised when I snapped my pen
cos you're just sat clicking clucking like a choking hen
Say something I couldn't doubt
like it's all your fault but without the pout,
that you are failing where I gave you praise
cos you're just sat gazing glazing again in a haze
Say something I wouldn't question
like it's all your fault not your best suggestion,
that you lost the plot of what I'm talking about
cos you're just sat wishing watching your time running out
Malala Yousafzai don't you recall
putting her life on the line when minds were too small,
that point you are missing when I call her name
And you just sit dissing daydreaming of fame
Say something I couldn't deny
like it's all your fault and not try to cry,
that you one day notice why I stand there smiling
cos you're just sat construing chewing your nails that need filing
Say something I find's less absurd
like it's all your fault without uttering a word,
that you're nothing special whereas I fill the class
cos you're just sat decaying dissolving a chair with your arse
Malala Yousafzai don't you recall
putting her life on the line when hearts were too small,
that point you are missing when I call her name
And you just sit proudly pronouncing professing no blame.
