I should really leave

I should really leave,
She'll wonder where I am,
But you standing where you are,
You've got me eating from the palm of your hand
You're eyes are ready to be gazed into,
Your lips begging to be smothered in precious kisses,
Your skin desperate to be caressed,
In my head I'd reach for your hand,
Forget about the other waiting for me at home,
Take life and love,
I'd kiss you and you'd kiss me,
We'd embrace then slowly
My tongue would press against yours,
You'd reach for my head,
And we'd become one,
We'd float up,
Immersed deeply in our passionate kiss,
You'd say you love me,
And I'd declare my everlasting,
Undying love for you and your perfect being
But in reality,
I smiled,
Avoided your eyes,
And left,
Going home to the woman,
That could never kiss me,
Never hold me,
Never refuse me,
The very same way that you do
