Apologies to all those expecting a poem yesterday,
I was a distracted by reaping the rewards of Santa.
Followed by the almighty feast of the Gods,
Ending in music games and family banter.
Today will follow at least a similar suit,
And give me lots of great thiings to say.
So I hope people have cherished these 48 hours,
To all Merry Christmas, Happy Kwanzaa and St Stephens Day.
