From My Window

From my double glazed goldfish bowl
I view life
The changing seasons and climes
They fascinate me
Behind my head the busy realities of office life
And it,s sterility
Seasonal colours of
White and
Blue and
Golden brown smokiness
Reflecting my feelings... but do much more
They dictate my mood
Autumn has stripped my tall leafy guardians
My psychological security
They now barely hide me
From passing traffic
Rushing from A to B
And the thoughts of the drivers
Humming along to radio jabber
From my window I see all this so
