They're all smiles,
But they know whats inside,
But they welcome you,
With arms open wide.

I know they don't really care,
They all just smile,
And ruffle your hair,
they say the pain will go in a while.

They say Mummy is sleeping,
And she's watching me,
And behind a cloud she is peeping,
Why does'nt she want me?

I'll never see her,
Until I sleep too,
Why is she hiding?
Mummy I miss you.

My hunch is that she misses you too but wants you to keep going down here and have everything that you can have here and then in time, a long time, she looks forward to meeting up with you again, but there's no hurry because she's not hiding. Just my hunch.
