IP-The Chocolate Box

It is perhaps a foot long, maybe half that wide, and a prematurely Christmassy but nevertheless a lovely scarlet colour, darker here and there with how the fibres bend, the light shines. A large gold bow is glued to the left corner, maybe an inch or two from the edge, with a shiny border and thorny holly leaf pattern. There are gaps between these, but it feels solid enough, tacked as it is to the lid. It has a crimson sticker in the bottom right corner, reading Lessitter’s Swiss chocolate in swirly red letters, and there is gold body too, but that I cannot see from this angle. However, when I lift the box, I get this pleasant waft of praline and nuts, and the soft red fur reminds me of those fine hairs you find on a dog’s nose, for they share the same density.
