It was lovely out on the farm in the warm sunshine and the wind. The white clouds wafted above and the world was filled with all manner of beautiful animal noises. The farmer had a pig and a sheep. A horse and a cow. But his most beautiful and precious animal was a lovely peacock that used to strut about the farm yard displaying all of its splendid colors to the world. He used to pet and fuss about the peacock all day, feeding it richly, and grooming its beautiful feathers often. As such the splendid bird got very attached to the old man and would never leave his side. The peacock and the farmer grew inseparable and would always be seen together walking all over the farmyard with the farmer tending to all the other animals with love and care. But he loved the beautiful peacock above all else and would pet and fret about it all day long. From sunrise to sunset each and every day. The peacock grew to love the old man in return and decided one day that he would marry the old farmer. He got wed to the old man one sunny day and would never leave his side thereafter. As far as the beautiful bird was concerned, he and the old man were now truly married forever. And this is the story of how the old farmer married a splendid young peacock, to always be together until the end of their days. In sickness and in health. For better or worse. And that old farmer and his splendid peacock can still be seen strutting about all over the farm doing their daily chores. Eternally wed in love and goodwill. It is always a sunny day out in the country.
