Who are we to have any say?

Entreaty the man with the smaa

to retreat, strike up a deal

for the whole of humanity.

Give back the oil and do without,

cut the lying ties that bind, that

threaten to envelop half the world.

Sure up the ties that spawn friendship

not antagonism, dispose of all thoughts

which threaten national security.

Focus on the poor and those without shelter,

cut back on fat bankers dealing to each other,

kick out the culprits who shun fairness at every turn.

Finally content with the island we’ve become,

afix the cannon down the whole coastline,

have helicopters and fighters patrol the skies.

With flashlights come warnings of future discontent,

with explosions the portent of mass slaughter,

all in the past, while we stand to prosper.

The markets all settled and the Dow down,

down with the Euro, up with the Pound,

not a problem for us, Brittania refound.
