I love it when tall trees are either side a long grey road,
I love it when the winter ground is thick with snow,
I love it when grass sparkles with the morning dew,
But above all this -
I love you.

I love to lie in a field of corn as the wind sweeps over my head,
I love to lie under white cotton sheets with an open window next to my
bed,
I love to lie on a hillside under the glow of the moon,
The things that I'd not normally do,
I'd do them all for you.

I love to watch the sun set over the horizon of the sea,
I love to climb and sit and think in the branches of an oak tree,
I love it when the sky is red and the day is new,
But no other love can compare
With the love I have for you.

I'd love to relive the past few months and do them all again,
I'd love to walk with you through a park and kiss you in the
rain,
I want to walk in the sun forever and always be with you,
I used to love it when we were together,
And I still do.
