DEATH OF A COUNTRY!

Is England dying, I ask?

It seems to be going that way!!

Politicians will not decide.

Let the peoplehave their say

 

William th Conqueror he got in.

But since not one invasion.

World wars won and no one landed

England resisted all persuasion!

 

So now it's faced with Europe,

A totally different foe.

Our leaders haven't got a clue,

Shall we stay or shall we go??

 

England's politicians let us down

Sucked their thumbs and dithered.

Meanwhile EU's power gathered

And England's power withered

 

Socialism grew and grew.

Reality got left far behind.

Liberalism then got hold.

The government lost its mind!!

 

The power now lives in Brussels.

That is not a good idea!!

The monolith is out of hand

It's only breeding fear.

 

Terrorism's getting worse,

Migration is no better.

Leaders don't know what to do.

We need an example setter!!

 

But people like that are hard to find

They only look at the wages!!

And if the people look for progress

We'll need to wait for ages!!

 

The House of Lords, another thorn,

With Lords on EU pensions.

They vote with Europe's whims

And mount the people's tensions!!

 

So people now's the time to vote

Hesitate and it's to late!!

You want the England that we knew.

Then vote for that or lasting hate!!
