Confused

Confusion they say
Is all in the mind
It comes and it goes
Through out your life time
It's the lost and found
Of all your thoughts
A compilation of dreams
That your brain distaughts.
It's the happiness you felt
When you were three
Mixed with the emotions
Of who you're becoming to be.
It's the sorrow you felt
Your pain and despair,
The creature of the night
That fills you with fear.
It's the crazy feeling
That you're not all there
Your head filled with smog
Like the filth in the air.
The pollution of the mind
The twisting of thoughts,
It's like a disease taking over
Or a bug that you've caught.
But when all's said and done
Confusions in your head,
You spend a lifetime fighting it
Then it's over when you're dead.
No more decisions or promises
Nothing more to be said,
The confusion is over
The mind rests now you're dead.
With the light there to guide you
You're no longer alone,
A place full of goodness
You've found your way home.
Confusions a battle
You know you can win,
Put all things behind you
And let a new life begin.
