TSUNAMI'S DAY OF DESTRUCTION

Restless monster under the sea,
Fighting furiously to be free,
Roaring, vibrating, ceaselessly.

Full of wandering water lust,
Rising, slurping all through the dust,
Spewing nightmares in howling gusts.

Just another day, children play,
As the monster gets underway,
Across the ocean, past the bay,
People and places are washed away.

Desolation and despair
Are evident everywhere,
Ravenous beast re-appear,
Like the monster under the sea.
