A Woman Of Substance

It's not beauty in the face
of the woman you see,
for she's not extra pretty,
she doesn't appear to be brilliant,
but she is certainly resilient.

She's not an amazon,
magnificent and tall,
nor yet a fine statuesque doll.
This woman may seem quite docile,
but trying to bully her would be futile.

This woman of substance,
may not be dynamite,
but she can certainly put up a fight,
and what you can see in this woman's face,
is wisdom, strength and grace.
