One little cat sprawled out flat.
The next cat looking up at me
with pleading eyes and a squeak
for milk (or something).
The third cat
zooms,
races,
bounces off one wall,
bounds off another.
Bang! She stops!
Head whips round with big
bright orange eyes, wide pupils
and a gleam as she fixes me
in her stare. Then...
She zooms,
racing off
again!
Little sprawled out cat
sssstre...e...e...tchesss,
snuffles, twitching whiskers
and a yawn with ears flicked
right back and crazy looking eyes.
I can't hear the squeaky cat, but
a fluff-ball missile rips across
the carpet, flies behind the sofa
and tears up the stairs.
Ah, cats... So relaxing...
