I sob when I'm alone

The brief lines really emphasize a level of despair, somehow, as if the poet is finding hard to express the depth of the hurt. It's a great effect, honestly. I have always loved aabb rhyme, and use it quite a bit myself. It's very effective here as well. Heartbreakingly real and well composed, nicely done.
