My Dog

Miranda's dog's a pedigree
She walks it in the park.
It can be trusted off the lead
It doesn't ever bark.
My dog's not a pedigree
What he is I cannot say.
But when I let him off the lead
He quickly runs away.
Miss Chambers' dog is lovely,
He's fluffy, small and sweet.
He wears a pink bow in his hair
And trots right at her feet.
My dog's huge and wiry,
A great ungainly lout.
His bark is deep and growly,
His tongue always hangs out.
He jumps up at the furniture
Which drives my mum insane.
He eats precisely everything,
We love him all the same.
