(Casual) You have a girlfriend, I get it. You don’t notice I’m alive, I get it. You think I’m the random girl who just started talking to you after three years and for some strange reason invited you to her sweet sixteen, I get it. I’m just Juror Twelve and you’re Juror Eleven (Pause) and you don’t notice those moments when our legs out of accident brush together, I get it. (Stern) What I don’t get, what kills me, is that you act like you don’t know what’s going on. (Aggrivated) You talk about her, the girl you got back with after you realised she was a psycho. (Pause, run forwards, yell) But wait, I’m not done yet! Don’t walk away just yet! (Angry) You got back together with your ex after we had been talking for a while. (Quietly) That week we laughed, shared interests, shared moments, and I turned up my flirting game as high as it would go (Pause) and you didn’t shut me down. (Quickly) What I don’t get is that you’re with her. How does she get you? She’s the mean one, the one you’re friends hate, the one you’re friends warned you about. Then, (Pause) there’s lonely little me. (Quietly) The one who talked to you in sixth grade and slowly realised how similar we were over years of casual interactions. Now do you see? The reason I can’t deal with this anymore? (Slowly volume and intensity raises) I don’t want a platonic relationship, I want to BE WITH YOU! (Infuriated) And for some reason you never noticed, or never chose to notice! (Composed) I’m not going to force you to be with me or leave her. I just need to know, was there ever anything? Did you ever feel something, I mean was there ever a reason you didn’t shut me down? (Sweetly) I love your secret smiles, your doodles, your way of acting, your movement, I love you. (Stern) Now tell me, don’t hold back, don’t dance around the question. (Long Pause) Should I walk away from this?
