Today, I announced
in Joyce Grenfell manner,

I shall have a new persona,
fresh out of its wrapper,

not sale bought or prêt a porter.
Tailored and custom made, for me;

I shall be, a Daft Old Bat.
But, she said, you were, yesterday, mum?
