What would I do
if something happened to you
what would I do
but miss you
Would I wear your soft
dressing gown
miserable and lost
as the hem danced up and down
swishing the ground
what would I do
but miss you
Would I trip
in your slippers
and spoil Tom cat
so that he floated and bloated
from a belly full of tweets
what would I do
but miss you
Would the drinks cabinet run dry
the dustbin full of battles
and my face red raw from
a sky full of tears
what would I do
but miss you
Would the sun and the moon
feel my gloom, retire from their universe
and find some place new
What would they do
but miss you
Would my life uncontinue
with a dramatic full stop
a vessel of a mortal
all empty inside
What would I do ....

For some reason, I don't
