I'm Not Sure

I’m not sure about mud and dirt
It gets stuck on my shoes and shirt
And all over my best friend, Bert.
I’m not sure about mud.

I’m not sure about dust and fluff
It tickles my throat, makes me wheeze and puff
And sneeze out buckets of icky stuff
I’m not sure about dust.

I’m not sure about fingerprints
Sticky or smudgy - or made with ink
Like the ones on Daddy’s Porsche (made by Bert, I think)
I’m not sure prints.

No – I like to be nice and clean
I brush my teeth until they shine and gleam
I get dizzy watching the washing machine.
Wish I could say the same about Bert.
