As I like history,
there's a documentary
right now on TV
which I wish to see.
 
It's about Harriet Tubman
and the slaves she saves
but I get the wrong channel
as the remote misbehaves.
 
What appears on the screen
is a programme on whales
I haven't previously seen,
with interesting details.
 
The fascinating tale
that reaches my ears
is that a bowhead whale
can live over 200 years.
 
With remote sensing
we can follow the trails
of the Northeast Pacific
migrating blue whales.
 
I can honestly say
I have learned a lot
even though the show
was not the one I sought.

Hi Nolan. It does occasionally happen.  Once I was watching a sports programme when unexpectedly something different showed up.

There is certainly some intelligence in that device, Paul, but I'm not sure whether it is genuine or artificial. laugh Many thanks for your response and for the delicious cherries.

Sorry about that, but people these days really do have very short attention span, and want instant gratification, This is a sure measure of immaturity and low emotional inteligence. The main cause one would think is the internet.
