If you hear on the news
that the world economy
is rather shambolic
and that such situation
is somewhat diabolic
because of the antics
of a certain chump
you cannot forgive,
you may get the hump
but there are other news
for wherever you live.
It's perhaps too late
as you are old and tottery
to learn you have won
the national lottery.
It is only a million
but you are not greedy.
You are generous
and will help the needy
of all races and colour.
You don't do it to flatter
but because you know
that all lives matter.

Lovely poem, Luigi.  The local news often seems more 'real' than the stuff that is going on among the upper echelons, and it's reassuring to hear that there are some good people around, as well as strange orange babies who just want to wreck things!
