Spring (at last)

Somnolent still,

Perhaps it will

Reawaken nature

In all its glory

Now that the sun

Glows once again

And spreads its warmth

To a frozen earth.

Leaves that were limp

And hung lustreless

Shine green anew

To bring happiness.

I know that nature lovers will rejoice at the resurgence of flora but I, as I haven't green fingers, shall be content to bask in the warm sun and read.
