A Thought

How can anyone
achieve happiness
when our world
is in such a mess?

It is very hard
to feel contentment
if one's heart is full
of resentment

bu the indignation
must not degenerate
into a poisonous
and vitriolic hate

so whenever
felicity is sought
just remember
that sobering thought.
