Another of your short but
Another of your short but sweet pieces Maisie.
“After the rain, birds calls sweet bliss in being.” is sweet, and a wonderful expression however you choose to present it... Although a Reverse Cinquain sounds more to me like an athletic accomplishment, or a high dive :O)
I sometimes think that the birds sing and their songs help keep everything in balance.
It would not surprise me to discover that it is the songs of nature, of birds and bees, of frogs and crickets, that are lost to man’s conglomerate footprint that hurts the Earth even more than their more obvious ecological activities!
