My cat has fleas,

OH please don't scratch,
Let me tickle your tum,
and stroke sensously -
your skin, your fur, your chin.
..
Can't wash it, can't spot it,
can't deflea drop it.
your fluff, your flab, your grin.
..
Tried the collars, tried the pills,
got the flea bombs hid
til the day of execution,
"Oy! drop the bomb
Watch out Ms Hamster..."
...
Let me tickle, let me stroke, you can wash
my fingers with your dry hooked tongue.
You're a special feline, a softer queen.
A panda with a pink nose - wide round eyes.
......
I'm never sure who's house this is,
Whether its yours or mine.

Know exactly how you feel, Maisie. My cat, Chessie, is no more, bless her, but it certainly wasn't my house, it was hers. Lovely poem;-) Tina

Maisie really good and way have explained. yes all have fleas,daughter has three cat's.They say repellents etc; not working.This one is full of love and comfort not mine,talk with him now. "Green Eyes" adores exploring looking around and smelling everything if not well, he cries and appears round side of the post. He knows when to come and when to go. makes me laugh likes look out window, so move all. Like the way you desribe your's, they are a great comfort, loves to be tickled and affectionate to all, though he is male cat, all love him. Goes off me a bit now, likes hubby's lap to lay on. julie xx
