“Hagatha, Pantsoffher, my browwwn hen,” sang Icky Wicky one summer’s day, it was warm and breezy and she felt good. “She lay eggzzzzzzzzzzzzz for gentlemen, some are round, and some are square, and some are corkscrewww and stay up there!”
.
Beef was watching Telly in the lounge, “Not loud enough my love,” he bellowed cheerfully; he was in the middle of hatching a plot. “We have to make money Clamydia, my petal baby,” he went on.
Clamydia turned from the window resentfully. “Thought you had enough?” she questioned sharply, there was always enough when they wanted to cause mischief and they all had large expensive cars. “I wanna work somewhere good,” she moaned at him, “Somewhere I can enjoy!”
.
“You do good work on the street,” he said back, “Every time we ask you too!” He smiled at her, she was his best work, always did the trick. So good for business. “Mind you,” he said looking at the play pen with its inhabitants all piled up in the far corner. “We could have some fun and try and train a new one up. You could gather information for us at the Job Centre or the Council offices…”
