All Hallow’s Day. (Inspiration point)
Two thousand years of song in tale
on Celtic moors where moons aglow
and babble brooks in country shire
rush...make place for leprechaun and fairy’s dust.
In forest’s dark of shadowed night
town’s men, women, children fright
by fire’s lit, the licking flames
conjure ghosts and goblin games.
Believe......
from church yard sounds are heard...
the dead rise up they want to play,
mischievious magic
before dawn’s All Hallow’s Day.
