Have I no hope but to drown in sorrow

Have I no hope but to drown in sorrow
to dance along a web of deceit
till I meet my master and fall at his feet.
In sorrow—
In sorrow—sings the hopes of tomorrow...
It is the chorus of the divine one!
to sing like every other parched nightingale
to a mate in the garden of Eden.
We are just a mirror a fish-scale
pushed aside on his plate waiting
To be devoured by his guest, emptiness...
But what is this void but hunger waiting
to be filled like a galaxy’s vastness...
There’s heart in the vastness of a spirit
nothing can pin-back that solar wind
that travels like an eternal prophet
with nothing meaningless to rescind.
