I.
Definitely, a coin has but two-sides.
“On one must it fall; as fate” divines.
“Heads-up tails-down”
He gambles on.., the outcome
Of this you’re silver-half a crown!
........................
II.
Time will again approach an end:
A midwifes hand once more impend.
Just as it did in the beginning...
So shall it in the end;
Hold out a heart still, beating...
Your love—your child—my friend:
