Haven’t I watered tears with tears?
What’s here… that still endears.

What are your big ideas?
Now our divine path umbra’s
And pales in its pulses
Like a frigid winter rose.

Haven’t I watered tears with tears?
What’s here… that still endears.

Now that our heart aches grow rancor.
In a winters store,
Now that its winter forevermore.
Darling, why do we still stall…?

Haven’t I watered tears with tears?
What’s here… that still endears.

Look out at our two silhouettes
Their separate kisses - their fall
Their riven gold band duets
Is now only a kind of mothball?

Haven’t I watered tears with tears?
What’s here… that still endears.

As the moon glistens from her temples
I dream all our time maybe deferred.
Just as the oceans pendulum, tendrils…
All shores; will our wounds be sutured?

Lovely read Mark. The convention of repetition in this piece is superb; it still seems fresh where so many pieces that employ it can feel forced or stilted, this is neither. A gentle observation if I may, look again at some of the punctuation in order to improve the scan and the flow. For example; What are your big ideas Now that our divine path umbra's Paling in its pulses? A frigid winter Rose. Please remember that this a personal and subjective opinion of what is a really good poem as it stands. Thanks for sharing Mark :-)

I appreciate your observations Scratch it shows these two discarded words are obsolete. As for punctuation with my total lack of schooling, it will most likely never improve. Thanks for sharing your comments, again much appreciated. :)
