The Creator.

Driving in my car today, I saw the usual spiders web in front of my wing mirrors. They are there most of the time, through rain and snow. Sometimes, in the past, when I felt like it, I would remove them. They would come back; I would never see my little friend. He or she was always hidden behind the mirrors.
Today, as I was driving and then waiting at a long traffic light, I had plenty of time to look around. I looked again at the spider’s web. I looked at the one nearest to me, then I looked at the one on my left, they were both SO different. I remembered years, that it was said, “How many types of spiders’ web they were.” Which would make sense, for a they are all different. Tiny, small, medium, large, very big and Huge!
The web nearest to me was so delicate. I have never seen something so amazing, as a web so close to me and so intricate. I was in awe as I looked at it. It was Perfect. I looked to see if there was a fly caught in it, there wasn’t.
No one could make such a beautiful thing as this, ‘simple’ web. It was impossible. I don’t like spiders, but I had respect for this little one. As I waited for the lights to change, I looked at other cars near me, none had such natural beauty adoring their cars. That is because I don’t wash my car, washing cars, I suppose mean they can’t live and thrive behind the mirrors, like they can in my car.
So, no one can make something as this stunning and amazing as this web. Just as my car, made beautifully, has a creator, so did this hidden, shy, little spider. He or she has the same Creator, as the one who created me.
The God of Heaven.

and the way they make the
and the way they make the silk, and its strength aswell as the beauty of its structure yet another witness to the power and skill of his design. I studied biochemistry long ago, but the structure of each cell and how the chemistry needed is organised is beyond understanding, so amazing. Rhiannon

Thankyou for sharing this moment, Maxine :0) That was an interesting journey you had today, the stillness to appreciate beautiful designs of spider webs and the next, shock of one-wheeled motorbike racing off!!!
