Human.

I don’t watch or listen to the news, but no one could have missed the recent news, that has been in the UK a few days ago.
Kate went into hospital to have an operation on her tummy. My first thought was, what for? That is a natural thing to want to know.
Then it seemed, a big clue was given. That she will be in a private hospital for about 14 days. Her work duties will restart after Easter or about 3 months from now. Soon after it was added, “It is not cancerous.” Kate didn’t want us to know about her recent medical operation.
I text a friend about it, I said, to her yesterday, “I think she has had her womb out.” My friend replied, “Yes and I think she has had something else out too.” I hadn’t thought of that. So, lots of people, they are talking about it, and second guessing.
She is only forty-two, but she has got beautiful, healthy kids. She must have been SO worried, when she started to feel unwell. Thankfully she would not have to wait too long, after her doctor informed her, that she would need major surgery.
I wonder, if she would take her doctor’s advice of how long to stay off work?
Forty years ago, women had six months off sick when they had their womb out. I remember working with a lovely lady, she was about to have her womb out. She told me, “I will be back at work after three months,” But we all knew the ‘rules’ that it is six months. She did come back to work after only three months, she struggled for a few days, and went off sick. She returned three months later! Your body, is amazing, you can’t fight it!
The King, now he has the right idea. Yes, he is older, that would make a huge difference, less to care about or be embarrassed about. I heard he has, encouraged men to get themselves checked out. Yes, I agree with him. Now that he has brought it out into again into the open again, lives Will be Saved!
I’m glad Harry and Meghan has also sent them, “Best wishes to get well soon,” Messages, it seems they may have heard about it, when we did.
They are human just like us, yes, they will have the very, best care that money can buy. And why not, if they can afford it. Just like us, they will have real worries and fears, before their operations.
“Get Well Soon,” To both. Xx
