Making Up My Own Words.

So, today after Church today, I went to the shops, while walking around the Town, I heard a song! It stopped me dead in my tracks. I hadn’t heard it for many years, and I loved, loved the song! I didn’t know what it was called, but the tune was just perfect.
The tune had triggered something beautiful in my head, and I wanted to get home and type in the few words that I ‘knew.’ I didn’t know who the artist was, no idea!
Back at home, the tune was still playing happily around in my head. I say happily, for sometimes, just before bed, an advert comes on the telly and a tune I hate, always seems to come on, just before I go to bed, and it plays around loudly in my head, as I lay there in bed trying to get it out! It is not going out, nor is it going away! To prove its point, it is still shouting in my head in the morning.
The tune, I heard today, I couldn’t get enough of, and wanted even more.
I remembered, ‘The Big Bang Theory,’ Where Sheldon couldn’t, get the tune out of his head, he just kept humming it, until one day, suddenly there was a trigger and suddenly he remembered it.
Sitting down, confidently, I typed in the few fractured words that, I did know, and typed them into my phone. One of my favourite films came up, ‘My Fair Lady’ with a song from it, I knew that wasn’t it, because this was a song from my youth.
I kept trying, no joy, it was very frustrating I didn’t’ even know, how to sing the song out loud, I was too embarrassed to sing it to Paul, who too would have known the ‘song’ I persevered, then bingo!
I played it and read the comments below, here are a few:-

Absolutely love this totally give me the feels and I’m so please I have heard this song today.”
There were many more, fabulous comments.
When I was younger, like many others there was no internet, and so some of the songs, all the words to the songs were not always caught, so would make up my own, of what I thought it was, and years later, with the real words, were made known, I would still like my own words better! Or worse, found out the song wasn’t as innocent as I thought it was.
So, what was this amazing song?
‘Wouldn’t it be good,’ sung by Nik Kershaw.
