Mosquito

Many years ago, our next-door neighbour put in his garden, cat deterrent soundwaves to keep our seven cats out of his garden! He didn’t tell us, but my daughter said, “I can hear a noise, but I don’t know what it is, nor where it is coming from.” A short time later, while talking with my next-door neighbour over the fence of our gardens, he told me, “I have put in my garden, those soundwaves to keep your cats out of my garden.” I asked him, “Does it work?” He replied, “So far no.”
I went in and told the family, Meghan said, “That must be what I can hear, but didn’t know what it was.” She went in the garden and came back in quickly and said, “It is deafening, it can’t be good for his young kids’ ears.” I went out and I heard nothing. Meghan typed it into Google and it said, “Only young children and animals can hear the soundwaves.” WOW, how amazing is that!
Yesterday, Meghan typed in, “How to stop a dog barking.” It worked; the dog stopped barking! It was amazing, but it didn’t work the next time she tried it.
Meghan then typed in, “The Mosquito noise test,” this was completely silent! That noise was SO high pitched, it hurt her ears, and she had to turn it off.
I was sitting next to her, and she did another mosquito test, the room was quite now, and I heard nothing at all. When Paul came into the room she told him, “Dad, can you hear this?” He listened, and like me, he replied, “I can’t hear anything.” Then when Daniel came into the room, Meghan asked him, “Can you hear this?” He replied, “Yes, it is very high pitched.” On Google, it states, “Only young people under twenty-five years old, can hear it."
Meghan tried it again with me this morning, and even though I saw her press play, I still couldn’t hear a single thing. I think it is amazing, that I can’t hear it.
