of new clothes is identical to his concept
to old clothes.

It's hard getting to know the buzzwords
that will make each person tick
maybe they've got bad knees
and you can say how are the knees today?
and they will be happy to report good news
about their joins, or maybe their brother
is in the army and even though
you're a pacifist who marched against Iraq
with a placard that went viral
you know how proud the whole family are.
Don't be afraid to turn up at an employee's house
and surprise them with a potplant or with an
audio recording of their mysogonist conversation,
either explain that type of language
will not be tolerated or say I heard your news,
flowers sometimes don't seem right
but I saw this and thought of you.

Sadly many of us are too afraid to dothese things. It would be nice if we weren't.
Well thought poem.
I think it should be 'his concept of old clothes' in the first verse.
