The Ethical Road

In this journey of life we can walk along different paths . There are three main boundaries that can divide us on our way . They are what others believe In
what I Believe In and the Truth

This journey through life is never an easy road but if want to make it easier we need to find some common ground .
If we look hard enough there are bridges that connect our differences and on those we see parallel roads can bring us to the same destination .

Although there are many rules to follow in this journey of life one main rule will ultimately bring you to heaven .

Ethical Road - A Poem

Life's real hard here on Ethical Road,
We try to live by our moral code ,
Do unto others what we think is right ,
with truth and love there is some insight .
There’s fertile ground on Ethical Road .
and seeds of faith grow after they're sewed .
Acceptance is the way, yours and mine ,
Justice , righting the wrongs in our time .
There's no way you can live around here ,
if you work for those who employ fear .
Equality is what we explore ,
Ethics are keys that open the door .
Ideals of what and where we should be ,
are steps taken in all honesty .
Religion walks down Ethical road ,
forgiving the debts others have owed
Our duty to ethics makes us think
it’s thirsting for something we can’t drink .
Its an even score with you and me ,
and it’s how we live in harmony .

When we are living in harmony with ourselves and the world around us that is when we can say we’re right on track or we are on the one road .

The opposite to being in harmony is to be in conflict with each other or to be walking along a different path . Some may say we don’t see eye to eye .
Most conflicts will have victims .

Who is the victim

In any situation where the civill rights of another person has been violated because of creed or culture. This can happen in communities or in the areas of employment , education, health , with sexuality , decision making , and any where that the issue of equality has been removed from another .

A victim may have suffered from psychological abuse , being called names or insulted . We need to learn how to deal with destructive comment or gossip .
Today we can employ ethics here .

Another kind of victim may have had physical abuse causing harm or even death . With this kind of victim there has to be compensation and some form of justice before healing can begin .
The journey to justice is long and there are four bends to negotiate .

Justice

Reconciliation , Compensation , Healing , Emancipation .

If we look through the history books we’ll discover that the usual way we have answered inequality has been to fight back . This response usually tends to lead to violence which adds more fuel to the fire and creates more victims .
The saddest thing I’ve found is when somebody becomes then victim of a victim and believe me they do happen .

In this world we need to use ethics , so there can be an understanding of our differences and then we can secure our basic human rights to our existence
on this road through life .

Many instigators who and abuse others may have feared another’ differences or even they may have been jealous .

Anger is either something we either control or resent , otherwise it will control us or manipulate and dominate over many .

Why does it happen ?
People often use the word religious differences in many conflicts . In these situations bigotry , discrimination and inequality seem to thrive .Other things that segregate and divide are cultural or class .

Culture

With our cultural differences we need to find tolerance , acceptance and love other wise we end up fearing or destroying one another .
There are many reasons why some people are full of fear and hate .
The only thing to fear is fear itself .

Another reason people fight each other is when they get short tempered and angry .Sometimes this may be due to factors like stress brought on by alcohol and or drug abuse .

The fact of financial hardships can emotionally overdraw individuals into being bankrupt . This problem usually tends to steal peace of mind from those who are closest to them and create further problems for the communities around them .

There are people who are over taxed and suffering from mental and pyysical stress . These situations can be called bumps in the road or even pot holes . We all need to avoid these if possible otherwise we can suffer from a breakdown .

One thing that immediately presents itself in this situation is the fact that there are people ourt there who can help . These people often are using proper ethicsd and understnd the injustice of the suffering .

What can be done .

With differences of opinion or where injustice may be present there is a need to break down barriers before the situation gets any worse

Using the right ethics is a gppd place to start where an assessment can be made of the situation .
Following an assessment there needs to be a pulling and pushing together som a collective form of help and support can be provided .
After an assessment team is formed they must be given the ability to obtain the full support of all other resources who may be able to assist in this situation .

Some of these resources could be the military or security forces , As well as Doctors , Hospitals , community nurses , solicitors , police , migrant Welfare and ethnic groups .

These resources can be lifes roundabouts where many pass through on their journey and access other areas of assistance as they try to exist on the same road . Without the roundabout people would not be able to avoid collisions and the confusion of life as we make ouy way to the ethical road .
Obviously it would be great to provide a solution to our differences but we must remember that many may not want to leave their opinions behind .
In the end that is their choice and a decision must be made .

Where other problems lie .

Negative input created with by certain religious groups and organizations do not help provide the answers that help and support rtheir followers .
In these areas people should be encouraged to seek answers outside the
Manipulatiuon so as to achieve a positive outcome .
This strategy is one that works but it does require a great deal of personal strength and confidence to bring about a victory over the redundant set of beliefs .

When should we let go and let God .

This is somehing only we can work out wih help of God .
Time itself will introduce more demands upon our lives and the decisions we have to make .

Spiritually we must tune in and see where we’re at before we can see where
To go ..but where ever you are my friend and where ever you are going I hope to travel on the same road with you .
