  Its A Lonely Sunrise With You

When I wake up in the morning , I wake up alone .

I check if you sent me a message there on my phone .

Then I think are you missing me like I'm missing you ?

Then I look out the window at the sun shining through.

Sure it’s a lonely sunrise , without you over here ,

All the birds that used to sing seem to have disappeared .

The glisten of morning has put on a disguise

Blinding me to the beauty of the morning sunrise .

Its an awful thing to be missing someone like you

In the glisten of every morning that won’t shine through .

It’s such a lonely sunrise and I can’t wait for the day

whenever you can return and  come back home to stay .
