Sitting in a room all by myself ,

sitting in a room with nobody else ,

that’s how it is with old age health .

Got to find a way with the wear and tear ,

got to find a away with those who care .

a little wiser now  a little older too  ,

I’m a little wiser now with the things I do .

Looking through the eyes of a child again ;

looking through the eyes I can see again ,

there’s an innocence there that’s still the same /.

We crawl on our knees then stand up tall ,

its a wonderful life here after all ,

a little wiser now  a little older  too ,

I’m a little wiser now with the things I do .

Thinking about the changes  I’ve seen ,

thinking about the places  I’ve been

and what was lost and found there in between ,

yesterday is  dead and gone

today is a time for moving  on .
