Miss Murphy lives in one of the community homes owned by the disabled support network .
At 25 she is coping quite well with life . A small group of her neighbours are Christians and they often call in to visit her and the household .
They have encouraged them to join their prayer group each morning and then afterwards for morning tea .
At least once Miss Murphy has accepted their offer . She enjoys the prayers and now attends the prayer group on a regular basis .
Miss Murphy got involved with assisting the church community and after much thought she took up the role of a leader in the community .
Since Miss Murphy got involved it encouraged more disabled people to come along to the prayer groups . The numbers grew so much that they had to build a larger hall to accommodate everyone .
Its wonderful to see how the spirit moves , sometimes they laugh other times they cry but most times they worship and pray with a freedom of expression that most normal people have yet to experience .'
They might be physically and mentally handicapped but spiritually they are strong .
Their innocence is a harmless beauty that has had a effect on everybody .
Isn't it always the case that God loves us all equally and its his love that Helps us all to deal with our problems .
