Scattered Shades Of Springtime
By Paul McCann
The colours of spring are a wonderful thing, they scatter my troubles away . Everything is out in full bloom again. It's springtime's colourful array . In the presence of the season new life has been released like a thrush's song . Green shades mingle in with the grey , as shadows lengthen the world that I belong . I pray for a spring of eternal life , where imprisoned hearts can be released , Into the hands of love, where the spirit can break through the doorway and find peace. In an eternal spring, where the garden of our lives can be a peaceful one , with the colours of life surrounding us no more black shades can block out the sun |

This reminds me of 'The Lion,
This reminds me of 'The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe' – when Aslan comes to Narnia, the winter changes to spring. In the old BBC adaptation the changing of the scenery from one to the other gradually was very effective visually. Rhiannon
