Tears At The Cross

All my dreams and my plans
and everything that I am
I lay down at your feet on the cross ,
and I’d give it all away forever and a day

I place at the cross
and I look at your wide open arms
and see way back then
how you welcomed all men even those who had crucified you
and all the love that you brought
is the reason why I thought
I could cry at the foot of the cross .
