Hey hard man you’ve got a soft heart ,

you’re such a nasty work of art

It’s a hard  world we’re living in ,

tests you out till you get thick skin ,

don’t think twice just  try to be nice

and do whatever works for you

Your hands are cold , but your heart’s warm ,

keep safe man stay away from harm  ,

and when the worst day comes around  ,

try not to let it drag you down ,

you’ll find your way to be ok ,

and do  whatever works for you  .

If the road’s long that takes you back

move ahead further down the track

and find a path to face the breeze

see the sun shinning through the trees

and make your way through everyday

and do whatever works for you .

Just do whatever works for you

whatever it takes to get through

and do whatever you have to do ,

just as long as it works for you .
