Black Dog

My black dog barks
Skin shredding sonic rings;
He does not quietly sing.
He does not softly sing.

My black dog bites.
Teeth-mark scars around my wrists;
He does not gently kiss.
He does not usually miss.

My black dog barks.
My soul is a meaty doggie treat.
He does not swiftly eat.
He does not soon delete.

My black dog bites,
Devouring my brittle will.
He does not easily fill.
He does not quickly kill.
