think back 100 years. its 1915 and im a woman owned by a man. i am a man’s property. i follow a man’s orders, i follow a man’s rules, i follow a man’s power. in 1915 i am not a true citizen. in 2015 what am i?

i can vote (i can vote for a rich white man so he can decide what happens to me). a woman is running for president (an imperialist really-a-republican white legacy is running for president). i can wear whatever i want (but if i do im a slut and a whore and im worthless and undignified and less than).

i can play sports (but its an insult to men if i win) i can be a renowned chef (but its all jokes because a woman belongs in the kitchen) i can contribute to society (but god forbid im black or queer or trans or disabled or poor)

i can exist with meaning and purpose in my life (but fuck you because youve taught me I Have No Worth)
